State Farm for 50 bucks a year is the way to go ,I understand Allstate has a plan can't speak for them ,I have used state farm more than once ,They ROCK Do you have to have homeowner's insurance from them to get the Personal Articles Policy as well?

Just like homeowners insurance companies abandoning California due to its unprofitability, and State Farm refusing policy renewal of anyone after making a claim on their PAP "drone" insurance, DJI cannot reliably or profitably offer new Care Refresh on any DJI drone with no more in country refurb stock to support it
