Yes, it's through MCTIMS I have my ops chief pull the list every once in awhile Marine net and MCTIMS don't always communicate well so when they ask you to pull your cert of completion they can upload it manually in MCTIMS so when BN pulls your numbers it reflects accurately

MCTIMS your company should have a training NCO that can upload your transcript on to a MCTIMS calendar event From there they go into off duty education and submit the request to your s-3 training section to certify

MCTIMS is where DIs input their performance remarks on recruits When someone says "I just quit" and the remarks actually say "recruit assaulted another recruit, threatened suicide, refused to train, etc" then it tells the new recruiter the whole story

There is a way but I can’t remember it I think I used it once to find all MAI’s in my battalion when I got assigned to a 3 shop Besides that, I believe there’s an actual in-person class that you can go to for the ins and outs of MCTIMS At least there was when I got out in 2021

Was the event created in your calendar? The roster should have been uploaded, along with any other documentation into that event You should be able to pull it from there

that NAVMC is sent to the training cats they enter it into MCTIMS as something called a ‘scoresheet’ the scoresheet gets ‘certified’ by the next higher training person So if your platoon training NCO submits the sheet, company training has to certify once certified, the scores populate into the appropriate places
