我已经试用过EDU试剂了，做的是细胞爬片。因为流式要激发光550nm，我们实验室只有488nm。我用的是国产试剂，说明书写的一塌糊涂，最后我不得不自己完全改一个protocol 结果并不是很理想，因为我们照相机红色荧光不是很敏感，图片，没有上面的那么好。
