im not sure why they are so adamant to send an engineer out, they dont do any physical work on the wires they write the jobs for the techs to go out, they figure out the path new cable will take and how many pairs of copper or fiber strands And he certainly couldn't accomplish anything by going out as he would be more effective looking through
