The EIM system is setup this way to be in compliance with the Older Adult Protective Services Act which requires confidentiality in cases of abuse, neglect and or exploitation
- Incident Classification
Incident Classification The Incident Classification screen allows users to classify an incident and capture the incident's date and time information This screen also allows users to determine whether an investigation of the incident should be completed, and if so, assign a certified investigator ODP-ID A and ODP-BSASP policy requires that most categories of incidents be initially reported

Reports Landing Page The Reports Landing Page screen lists all the reports that are available within the EIM system The user can click on any of the hyperlinks to navigate to the corresponding report request screen to request a report The user is also able to navigate to their Reports Inbox to access offline reports that the user requested
