How can I remove icons from desktop that synced from onedrive without deleting the files from onedrive? OneDrive will not allow me to select the files I want to sync If i try to delete the icons, it deletes the entire file If I unlink the OneDrive, I lose access to my novel outside of Word online and as an author I cannot do that

In my company Teams environment, I can only select a JPG or PNG for a custom image I don't know if that is a limitation my company set, or if Microsoft limits the file type This doesn't help solve our problems when trying to upload a custom avatar But it does explain why MS Teams default avatar icons look good, and ours don't
