The question: I'm thinking of just having her re-register the delivery address for her visa with LBC when she drops off her documents required by the embassy via the 221 (g), and sending the submission slip with "N A" in the UID line Has anyone submitted the 221 (g) submission slip without filling in the UID?

Above instructions pertain to LBC dropbox use Since we are outside Manila we will use Option2 Does it mean my parents need to pay PhP440 passport when they drop off their passports for visa interview waiver, and then they pay another PhP440 upon return delivery of passport? Or is the PhP440 for the total courier service per passport?
