Looking at Lazard’ s Q4 8-K, it looks like advisory revenue up 27% in 2024, and total comp and benefits was 66% for the year, which is in line with all of the other boutiques people have mentioned on this chain Obviously the funds are going somewhere, maybe being hogged by management or pay outs to unproductive MDs?
