A couple of months ago, I bought a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8124e printer It was printing perfectly until today, when every single document I tried to print failed, saying, "Unable to print Rendering failed " I have done all of the following, and nothing works: * run diagnostics through HP Smart and the computer (no issues found)

I'm trying to access Print Management in Windows 11, but neither running the printmanagement msc file nor adding the feature from Optional features work The list of optional features available for install doesn't include "Print Management", and it's not on the list of installed features

If you cannot print when you select your printer from that drop-down menu, completely uninstall the printer, restart your PC, then go to the support page for your printer on the manufacturers website, then form there, download and install the version of printer drivers, firmware and associated software they provide
