I've noticed their floating rate is way below average from other banks at 6 4% right now I realise you need to be a KiwiSaver member with them to get this (not a big deal), but it seems like a good place to park your debt while waiting for interest rates to drop

You would have to do the math, but one thing you should know is that you can't transfer debt from the same bank (i e that balance from another Citi card can't be transferred to a Citi Simplicity card) You could transfer the Chase card's balance to the Citi Simplicity since they are different bank
