Do you have the SKSE64 loader set up as a tool in Vortex? The 'Target' line must be set to point directly to the skse64_loader in your \Skyrim Special Edition that you show above The 'Start In' line of the tool should point to the Skyrim Special Edition folder itself, and you should set the tool to 'Run Detached' Once you set up the tool, you can click on it to start Skyrim SE via SKSE64
