If you wish to install the development version of pycortex, you can install it directly from Github To do so, replace the second install line above with the following:
- pycortex README. md at main · gallantlab pycortex · GitHub
pycortex Pycortex is a software library that allows you to visualize fMRI or other volumetric neuroimaging data on cortical surfaces
- Adaptation for NHP brains and pipelines. Pycortex is a python-based . . .
In this fork, some code has been adapted by Chris Klink (c klink@nin knaw nl) to make pycortex compatible with the NHP neuroimaging pipelines (especially NHP-Freesurfer) of the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience
- Pycortex_surface_database_for_NSD Pycortex_visualization . . . - GitHub
Pycortex is an open-source software package for fMRI data visualization It allows you to project brain activity (or any other metric you want to visualize) onto a cortical surface model, generating interactive 3D visualizations
- GitHub - kevin-qi pycortex
PyCortex - Python Wrapper for Cortex Motion Capture SDK A modern, configurable Python wrapper for the Cortex Motion Capture System SDK, providing easy access to real-time marker data, skeleton tracking, and system control
- pycortex examples datasets plot_vertex2D. py at main - GitHub
In order for this to run, you have to have a flatmap for this subject in the pycortex filestore The cortex Vertex2D object is instantiated with two numpy arrays of the same size as the total number of vertices in that subject's flatmap
- About NSD datasets pycortex db subjt file - GitHub
The surfaces shared with the NSD dataset may not conform to the standard freesurfer format, and so they require fixes prior to visualizing them in pycortex I would suggest contacting the NSD authors if that's the issue
- Added ROIs not visualized · Issue #472 · gallantlab pycortex - GitHub
Hi, I tried to achieve the same as mentioned here with the current version of pycortex but without any success I'd like to add surface labels defined by an atlas (e g lh Kastner2015-V1v label and rh Kastner2015-V1v label) as ROIs on a flatmap
