Re: Hancock Moore Cushions Perhaps that cushion core needs replacing, no telling how long that chair has been on the floor its not normal for any chair to have a 'soft' spot and I'd start by replacing the core -going extra firm will only make it firmer!

We purchased a Hancock Moore leather chair in May 2008 It is the Austin Tilt Back 2232NB with Document Saddle Grade 2 Leather The arms of the chair are showing significant wear and I thought this was furniture that was supposed to last a lifetime We have no teenagers, no pets, no little children around
