Clever badge login not showing up I have a few chromebooks that recently stopped showing the clever badge login upon booting up It is a random few Can anyone give me tips for troubleshooting?? ( cameras are working fine, the option doesn't even pop up_

Which login method is being used? We only allow Google and Badge sign in If a user is logged in to multiple Google accounts then the Clever sign in doesn’t work We have them visit Google com and click the profile icon to sign out of the extra accounts and that fixes the only login issue we have consistently experienced

However if you do miss a few cyber students and they get the clever badge, you can search for their device on the admin console (resent user based on student email) and move them to the correct ou, and the clever login will go away within 10 minutes - it's rather quick

The only issues we ever ran into with Clever before we stopped using it was due to our content filter and random things that would get blocked along the route between clever and us Silly question, but did you try removing any filtering along the process? We used a hotspot to track it down previously

Clever charges the app provider for the integration, it's how they make money Means it's free to us as end users, but some app providers don't integrate, especially if the app is already offered for free to EDU customers and they don't get any payback from government programs for providing the service
