Conker's Bad Fur Day 2 - which had the working title of "Other Bad Day" - compared to the original, would have a much more "deeper" story that would be closer to the action (the original Bad Fur Day had a very gag-focused story with no real antagonist for Conker until the end)

I dunno Besides that and a couple of other frustrating missions, Conker's Bad Fur Day is a fantastic game in general The N64 version is the original and "on point" experience, but if you want better visuals and controls, then go with L R It literally looked like a 360 game for its time!

Just the idea of being able to run Conker's Bad Fur Day at a stable, modern frame rate is delighting me I've only played through it once and I've longed to play through it again, but the frame rate was just dire It was too ambitious a game for the hardware

I remember thinking the extra censorship in Live Reloaded was hella lame as a kid but trying to play through the N64 version and hearing about how much L R fixed is making me mad Screw uncensored "shit"s gimme gameplay that isn't frustrating as fuck

BUT, I will say this, Conker's Bad Fur Day's OST is incredible: it's expansive, varied and ludicrously catchy Robin Beanland absolutely knocked it out of the park

Some interesting tidbits: - Conker's redesign in Live Reloaded was actually intended to be his teenage look for the sequel - while Nintendo insisted Conker was 21 in Bad Fur Day to avoid any controversy, he was always considered by Seavor to be much younger and would be aged up to about 17-18 in Other Bad Day
