- Anybody using the TwoNotes CabM+? - This little unit is amazing!
Glad you picked up the cabm Are you using the onboard preamp or are you using the page ts set to preamp mode? I am still working on my little pedalboard to run the cabm with the Kingsley constable, but so far been loving the squire bf into the cabm on my big board Thankfully not missing the amp

I've considered a Two Notes Torpedo Captor X a few times But then I stop and ask "For the same price, why not just use a CAB-M+ with a regular Torpedo Captor, for greater flexibility options?" Anyone else had the same question? Or am I missing something with the Captor X? From what I can tell

CabM is a great unit, very easy to use and sounds fabulous My singer has one on his board and it works great Currently using a Captor X and will probably grab a second one for my other amp as I like to keep them connected for direct recording to my interface when I am not using my amps at rehearsals or live

I'm assuming that there will be little difference between Amp->SRL->CabM and Amp->CabM->Suhr since the Reactive Load is the same What's awesome though is that if you are playing live and want to monitor on stage, but don't want to mic up a cab, you no longer have to carry something like the SRL to use the Torpedo

I think I get what you're trying to do I don't believe this box is what you're looking for As BoogieMan states This is more of a mic replacement solution All the IR, mic's, eq, etc goes to the "Line Out" not the "speaker out" (cab) The "speaker" out only receives the true amp signal

Looking at picking up some sort of IR loader to use with a Two Notes Captor in band situations - mostly to record demos through a mixer whilst playing altogether Is the extra $$$ for the CABM worth it over the Radar? I'd be likely to load my own IRs though lately I've been pretty happy using

Anyone tried both? Anyone compare the Torpedo Live's attenuators with other attenuators I have Aracom, Bad Cat and a few Webers attenuators so I'm not sure there's a benefit from the Torpedo Live over the CAB with one of my other attenuators as a load box Any and all input is appreciated
