In this instance, the shipment left the warehouse back in March Of course, due to the age of the shipment, it can't be tracked online If one of our reps calls UPS, is the customer service line able to track shipments that old and tell us who signed for it? Just came here to say ups is the worst shipping service by far Every time I order through ups the packages have a 30-40% chance to not arrive It’s always, and I mean always late I’ve had them deliver out of state, while “customer service” aka a robot tells me it’s been shipped to my home and confirms the address

Every time they ship out with UPS I receive my tracking number, and every time I check it I get this message: "We are unable to complete your tracking request at this time Please try again later " In these cases, the delivery is happening, the order always arrives, and the tracking number never updates or ends up working
