The clients are working in some other workgroup and it needs to stay this way The funny thing is that when I check the "Prompt for username password" checkbox in IE settings and provide CRM with authentication data in the beginning (when loading CRM web app) the emails open properly without any additional prompt

What's the best way in managing this? I can't possibly record 5 or 6 names job titles in a lead So would I then create multiple contacts and link them to an existing lead? ie the lead would just contain company information
