3mm support spacing 4 interface layers 0 2mm interface layer spacing I think those are the key settings Exposed support pulls off easily Any entangled with the part (e g between legs) requires cutting to separate before pulling apart These settings are working well for me with PLA and both 0 25 and 0 40mm nozzles Haven't tried much else
- Prusa newbie here, is there any way to adjust the support settings so . . .
But since I have these settings dialed in, my support printing life changed These settings seriously are like magic compared to the default settings, even PETG is kind of easy to remove and the best thing is that the print surface is way better, to a point where no sanding is needed

- Prusa Slicer: easier to remove support material? : r prusa3d - Reddit
I think some supports will always be tough to remove depending on their size and orientation within the print, but the best luck I’ve ever had was with the settings a user shared on the Prusa forums, and many people seem to agree
- Prusaslicer setting for ONLY necessary supports
And, remember this is a Prusa software set What you and I think is 45 degrees, Prusa thinks is 90 degrees So the range you can adjust in the setting is o (automatic) to 180 (perpendicular to the bed) Where 90 provides supports for a 45 degree angle the rest of us see I have never figured out what angle the default 55 accommodates
