Approximately six years ago, a solution was implemented by State Farm that allowed certain third party PFM vendors to extract financial and account data from our customer facing websites This solution allowed PFM vendors to gather information from State Farm websites and aggregate bank, mutual funds and insurance data for customers

Since yesterday (Tuesday), Quicken keeps asking me to update my State Farm biller I input login and password, the process of relinking starts and then I am asked for login and password again Quicken keeps going back to asking me to re-enter login and password I know they are correct because they work if I go to the State Farm website directly

This started a couple weeks ago probably Before that, I would see the red icon requiring me to re-login approximately every 3-5 days, but it would connect after I re-entered my credentials About 2 weeks ago it stopped connecting so I tried to delink the bill and now I can't reconnect

I have a similar problem with State Farm which is using two-factor identification In my case in "Bill Manager" when setting the Payee up as an online account, I receive the "! Account is locked Login to your biller's web site to check the status of this account " I believe this has to do with State Farm's two-factor

For months (maybe a year) Quicken does not link with StateFarm as a biller Will Quicken ever get with StateFarm to resolve this issue?

There is a known issue connecting with State Farm online bills, an escalation has been opened with our Service Providers who are working with State Farm to restore access At this time we do not have an ETA on when a solution will be available, however, this issue has been ongoing for quite some time and can be followed here

Verizon com and StateFarm com do not allow me to login where they did in the recent past After the login attempt, the Verizon screen keeps refreshing and the StateFarm screen displays code I can login to these websites using other browsers I was able to use FireFox to login to these sites until the last FireFox update
