I recently also had the problem with redeeming my points on Desktop "There was a problem with my account " After that I tried redeeming my points on the Rewards App on my Xbox and it worked perfectly fine! So try out using the Rewards App if you have the same problem

Has anyone noticed their points total isn't going up correctly recently? Can’t open the dashboard or the dropdown menu, but the MS Rewards Chrome extension works for me so that helps fix that issue

I've broken down every points source I can think of to come to expected Monthly Weekly Daily totals for UK MS Rewards Is there anything incorrect or missing? I’ve had my game pass code not show up in my email before But what You can do is go to the rewards dashboard on bing and click the redeem link, and then click on order history The top entry should be your recent redemption and should have a “resend“ (code) button and a get code button (which should have the code there without resending) If you don’t see that there or your recent

To fully restart browser, make sure it's not set to continue running in background when closed Go to " www bing com ", open the new rewards panel, and check if the 1000-point offer shows up Don't use the MS Rewards button from extension or the one on new tab page as they still show the old panel
