Can’t login into ETrade Hi, my 2FA security code is no longer working on ETrade I did not make any changes but it stopped working today I’m using Symantec VIP Access iPhone app which used to work before I know it’s not my password because forgot password which asks for the security also says my one time code as incorrect

Decided that increasing security on my E trade account was a good idea, and E Trade suggested Symantec’s VIP Access, so I downloaded to my iPhone I opened it and it showed an ID and a code that changed every 30 seconds I checked the 2 factor box at E*Trade, inserted that ID and the code and I was set Nowhere was I prompted to register on the app Also added the app to my iPad, and it got
