Hello @ Reasy and welcome to TF, I would disable fast startup if it's enabled Use option 1: Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10 So you don't have this problem if the PC is powered up after being turned off? I would also try disabling "fast boot" from the BIOS, but I don't think it's related to this issue - best to confirm though Also confirm from mobo site that your drivers and BIOS
