Take it there for basic maintenance For the more complicated mechanical issues ( if ever needed which should be seldom if ever) take it to a Toyota dealership for service Much cheaper than a Lexus dealership Can’t go wrong with Lexus Toyota A brand (s) with a long track record of reliability and dependability Reply reply macmaster05 •

Let’s be real most of our vehicles only require regular maintenance but… Has any issue ever popped up with your Lexus that costs a fortune to fix I have never had a major issue with mine, but just wondering what’s the most expensive quote or fix you have had to do on your Lexus I’ll go first mine was a 2500$ quote to fix my digital gauge cluster I knew Lexus can be expensive but

I was shopping for a used Lexus ES hybrid but everyone tells me to stay away from Lexus that they are high maintenance and unreliable and that you could only take them to the dealership to get serviced That they are not cars for normal people to own, apparently just routine maintenance like changing brakes costs well over $1000? I was thinking Lexus was basically Toyota but with a bit of a

- Should I buy a new Lexus RX 350 or Tesla Model Y? - Reddit
While I would not say that 400 bucks is A LOT, I also share sentiments that Lexus is far more expensive than Toyota to maintain, unless you bought one that shares a lot with Toyota The old RX were basically a Toyota, so one could just have Toyota parts and Toyota service as Lexus would charge an arm and two legs to do anything

- r Lexus on Reddit: How much more expensive is a Lexus to own post . . .
How much more would I expect to pay over say 10 years of ownership with a Lexus over a Toyota? Some people say Lexus cars are reliable so probably won’t be spending on repairs at least in first 10 years of ownership and maintenance of the TX should be similar to the GH as it shares much of the same parts
- Is owning a Lexus that much more expensive than owning a Toyota?
Lexus and Toyota are almost identical on models that share mechanical components The Lexus dealer is more expensive for service but you wouldn’t need to go there unless some obscure issue happens
