PHA took over 2 months to show for me in MEDPROS, and then they failed to update hearing So, I'm green on PHA and red on hearing Provider said I passed in office immediately afterwards, so I think the fault is on QTC SMH I use my civilian dentist and she always completes the form to update my dental class LHI would update within a week

For some reason, MEDPROS will not update any of my recent hearing appointments I have done hearing tests in 2023 and 2024, but the most recent hearing test I can view the record for on MEDPROS is from 2022 For some reason, the records just won't show up in the system, and I've been red on hearing in MEDPROS for almost 2 years because of it

MEDPROS will export into Excel, but unfortunately the date formats and outputs are different with each of the major categories (PHA, dental, HIV, hearing, and vision)
