The issue with animepahe is probably redirection but I really don\t know better places where you can dowload things directly and choose the desired quality Anyway I am just too lazy to make an effort and replace this overprotection from eset so I keep things as it is

Don't really use Animepahe much, Im only using it when I do batch downloads (doesn't work on anymore though) using wfdownloader on my laptop and the experience for me is pretty safe
