Lately when using GoToMyPc I can get as far as the Host PC Lock screen but I am unable to open the login page Screen freezes far a bit then reboots with the mouse controls rules and the lock screen This happens from both android and window devices I can get access if I leave my PC unlocked Not optimal GoToMyPC version: 2022 8 3585 Status

Even after approving the login request on our phones Gotomypc will sit on the 'please approve the login request sent to your phone' screen Some users report that entering the one-time passcode from LastPass Authenticator app gets them to a list of available PCs, but then clicking on a PC boots them back to the login screen

I've had users pinging me for the past fifteen minutes saying they can't get into Gotomypc Either the login screen doesn't load, or the screen never transitions from login to 2-step verification, or the thing never moves past 2-step once they give approval, or it hangs on Account Selection

Since sometime late last week, multiple users at my organization have reported their machines either showing up as offline in the Gotomypc connect window or as visibly online but refusing to allow an actual connection The problem is resolved by an admin RDP'ing into the affected machine and restarting the Gotomypc service

One of my devices will not login I enter the username and password and after pressing enter the log in page reloads with the password box blank instead of taking me to the connect to host PC page Only happens with one device and of course it's the main device needed to connect to the host PC

On one of my computers, everyone besides me is getting an "Access Denied" popup when trying to connect to the GoToMyPC "For security purposes, access to "XXXXXXXX" is denied Please try again in 5 minutes " The users that are trying to connect all have permission set to allow them to connect

Apparently both my email address and my colleague's email address are currently 'suspended' But only when we try to log in as gotomypc admin We don't know how this happened or why, but the admin login is suspended- EVEN THOUGH I GET A 2FA PUSH with that login- and the user login is not
