Since I am not in HR, or an ADP Admin, I am not allowed to contact ADP support for some reason, and our HR department is technologically illiterate so I highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own Anyone know why this happening or how to fix it? We use ADP Workforce Now

The website hasn't loaded for me all day and I can't schedule a phone call with ADP Until February 9th which doesn't cut it We are expanding to Texas (currently in Louisiana) and we hired our first Texas employee I am very familiar with multi-state payroll and payroll taxes but I don't know where and how to set up a jurisdiction in ADP to make sure the multi state tax filings are done

I don’t have too many managers complaining about WFN because we’re smaller so right now I handle most HR processes for them But as the person doing the setup, day-to-day, and troubleshooting, I complain about the lack of competent and timely support

Do you have a dedicated ADP rep you can speak to? You should be able to go to People > Time Off > Policy assignments to add the policy with a past start date Assign the policy then go to Time Off > Time Off Balances for earned adjusted if you need to add additional hours off onto the policy Might be a manual process but shouldn’t take too long

I’ve used both total source and workforce now The dedicated service reps - quality is all over the place If I have to call support, half the time they have no clue what I’m talking about or I’m given a snarky attitude if its a question they deem “basic”

ADP Workforce Now is horrible!! I've used this with 2 companies so far As others have stated, recruiting and onboarding are clunky at best

Workforce Now Next Gen - anyone else? We just implemented ADP WFN Next Gen and the system itself is NOT at all what we were sold on It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface

Is anyone else on the brink of a meltdown with this? My agency has been going back and forth with ADP for months over trying to get PTO balances to update and populate automatically with our payroll ADP says we have to request time through ADP in order for that to happen

Hi all, We're looking to get a new HR system here, it's down to ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity I was just wondering if anyone had opinions or experiences with either, good or bad, nightmare issues coming up, that kind of thing?
