However limiting the search to "S-1-15-3" finds nothing, andS-1-15-3 finds everything from 'S' to '1' to '15' to '3' either separately or in groups finding a HUGE number of results How can I phrase the search in the search box so that I limit the results to the contents of a delimited string instead of an OR of every '-' separated term?

After having worked with OCS for several months, one thing is especially frustrating How are we supposed to build factored, meaningful, maintainable workflows without the ability to chain them together? Here's a simple scenario: Outside callers are routed to the MainOffice workflow - based on the "2 Level Interactive Template" There are 3 options on the phone menu, allowing the caller to
- accounts without a completed Appointment activity in the last six months
The easiest way is to search on Appointment entity via Advance Find and find appointment that are not completed in last six month and are regarding to the account record, you can include Account Entity columns (i e Account Number etc ) from the Regarding (Account) entity then can export into excel and remove hide the duplicate account values by Account Number etc

Assuming you have a tool like excel and export your Data from act into some form of spreadsheet, here's one way to tackle the problem given that your data is similar to the form you provided

There may be a way to work around this issue by adding an extra column to my "tracking" table But since MSF owns the "insertmetadata" interface, I would have to look up the parameter inside my "insertmetadata" stored procedure I really appreciate your help and the fact that you respond quickly with helpful information
