Ultimately, I keep going in circles with their online tehnicians, customer service and their mortgage teams as they have no way to validate my account Since I don't have any other personal accounts with Wells Fargo they can't prompt any security questions for me

Every souce claims that you can do it by sign on to Wells Fargo Online and access "Dispute a Transaction" through "Account Services" in the "More" menu, I did the later one yet never see the "Dispute a Transaction" button either on website or app
