Sedgwick is also not AT T, they're a third party company that just looks at data for the claim and makes decisions, does investigations by calling AT T employees and contractors for information, etc Anyway, once you get your claim number you must wait a minimum of 48 hours to be sure it gets into Sedgwick's computers

To contact Sedgwick, you or your manager can either: Call (866)-206-6769 (option 1, then option 1), or File an online report on the Sedgwick website (if you are a first-time user, you will need to register on the site)
