What a shitshow of a company Loan A, daughters loan has a due date of 10 15, a sunday She logs on and cannot choose today 9saturdaY or tomorrow, the due day (sunday) if she chooses monday the 16th it states that you are choosing a date past your due date And no custoemr service lines open on a weekend

Nelnet emailed me claiming I have have late student loans I was emailed by an official Nelnet email claiming that I have not made a payment since last October Usually I would dismiss this as a clear scam email, but the email address is their actual email address No sketchy links and the one link it does have redirects me to their actual site

Nelnet has been down for the past hour+ for me I was just able to logon to confirm my payment amount due tomorrow Attempting the automatic payment (but other people have said there have been many issues with this) File a complaint with the Student Aid and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau if you are having issues so they can track trends and service issues with Nelnet
