EDHREC is very powerful, but it is an aggregator If you go to a page and look at its suggestions unmodified, you will get the lowest common denominator EDHREC has lots of tools to control its recommendations, though When looking at a commander’s page, you can include or exclude specific cards

I'm getting the impression that the voting system, if not based on most common cards used, would have to be such a hugely varied sample of the playerbase, otherwise, 30k cards is too big of a testing group cause I'm getting asked to rank cards I haven't ever seen and see less than 04% of decks

Seems to me that when I'm looking over edhrecs average decks for commanders im building or interested in they always seem very light on responses and interaction as well as other issues The latest example was my Tergrid deck, while looking for a base to build on on edhrec it all seemed very all in in that it had, I think, 2 targeted removals and no board wipes or general interaction, while at
