To have a stretched resolution you have to add it in your NVIDIA Control Panel and into your config After you started your game once with the Resolution Applied in NVIDIA Control Panel you can close the game and switch to your normal resolution in the Control Panel, Fortnite will still be stretched when you play (haven't tested this myself
