Never heard of it I can upload documents and people can see it and approve it?” 1 “You’re joking right?” This happened in 2022 and apparently GEARS has been around for a while… I was a SFC at this time In 3 years there will be SSGs who don’t know how to use IPSAA because they’ve never been in a unit that let them

Okay I don't need a complete "click on IPPSA, log in" level step by step but literally everything is wrong on my STP Assignments, deployments--even my degree and school is wrong How tf do I fix this? I have heard "submit a PAR" with zero further instructions and a shrug too many times from too many people to think rationally anymore "Admin corrections" doesn't have anything like "STP Update
