The only one that I've heard of is taskbarX but like you mentioned, the features are a bit simple because of the limits Open-shell is amazing and has become a must have for me on Win10 (I haven't installed Win11 yet) However, when it comes to taskbar, people usually go for ways to avoid using it They usually blur it out or make it transparent and use alternatives to access their programs
