Depop is safe, it just gets a bit of a bad reputation because the vast majority of users are young and treat it very casually and that’s okay Look out for fakes and Temu Shein drop shippers If it looks like a stock photo, reverse image search with Google lens Always check reviews first

Depop states an average shipping time on the sellers home page which is a good indicator of seller reliability I also think you can tell what a seller is like if you ask them questions before the sale and they reply relatively quickly and their replies are appropriate to the question asked

I find it insanely hard to sell on Depop because in Canada there’s no Depop shipping and usually shipping through Canada post is too expensive for it to be worth it for the buyer so even if someone messages me about something they can’t justify buying because the shipping price is so high which I don’t blame them I’ve sold a few things but I get most of my sales from Vinted Poshmark

hello! i just started selling on depop and i’m still learning the works ive seen that depop allows a maximum of 5 tags per post when you say “put a paragraph of relevant tags at the bottom of the listing”, do you mean with or without hashtags? also, for relisting, do you mean editing and post? or making a whole other identical post and deleting the original? thanks in advance!!
