I've had this happen twice now USAA App works fine, but computer login fails Put your username in and it won't even prompt for a password Pick a random username and it will prompt for a password Call tech support and they have no idea, try clearing cookies, reset pass, etc The fix that they have to do is fix your email notification settings It makes no sense, but that's what fixed it

Tuesday, I recognized that I was locked out of my USAA account due to the need for 2 step verification (linked to the old cell phone) This is absolutely the most inopportune time as I am needing to purchase a vehicle

Anyone else having issues logging in via either web or app? For both methods (on multiple devices and multiple browsers) I go to the USAA com page and then it just redirects me to contact us If I click login it goes to login and before I can enter anything it sends me to the contact us page The app does the same thing I downloaded new browsers and tried to login and on one I could get to

USAA is my secondary bank, my primary is a local credit union I basically just siphon enough of my paycheck into USAA to pay my USAA car loan and life insurance the rest goes to my primary CU

USAA customer support doesn’t deserve having to field agitated member after member with nothing to offer in return It's not their responsibility, and they're taking it in the teeth on the front lines For USAA Social Service to stop posting responses and recommended actions that don’t address the issue

Add another USAA account (not mine) to my login? Is there a way to add another USAA account to my login if I’m not on the account? I just want to view the credit card balance (and hopefully payment date) for my sons (18) new credit card I want to keep an eye on it until he gets in the habit of making payments, etc (his first solo account)
