I've had this happen twice now USAA App works fine, but computer login fails Put your username in and it won't even prompt for a password Pick a random username and it will prompt for a password Call tech support and they have no idea, try clearing cookies, reset pass, etc The fix that they have to do is fix your email notification settings It makes no sense, but that's what fixed it

Are you resetting in the Online Services, then login as your Spouse? When Quicken connects, it looks for all of the accounts linked to USAA Since it can only see the ones based on the login, it will download those accounts and disable downloading of accounts it doesn't find (my guess is Quicken assumes they are closed accounts)

Add another USAA account (not mine) to my login? Is there a way to add another USAA account to my login if I’m not on the account? I just want to view the credit card balance (and hopefully payment date) for my sons (18) new credit card I want to keep an eye on it until he gets in the habit of making payments, etc (his first solo account)

Anyone else having issues logging in via either web or app? For both methods (on multiple devices and multiple browsers) I go to the USAA com page and then it just redirects me to contact us If I click login it goes to login and before I can enter anything it sends me to the contact us page The app does the same thing I downloaded new browsers and tried to login and on one I could get to
