The $10-100 rewards were a few skins totaling like $4 I was able to withdraw them right away (other than the emperor which was trade locked for a day, which I got once it was unlocked)

Maybe you are happy with the balance they give you, but you're not going to get any 'good deals' because you're not dealing P2P, and then you're stuck in their 'shop' The way I look at it is, skins go to these sites to 'die' As the other guy mentioned, sell your skin to a site that gives you money or facilitates P2P trading
