This has been happening to me for a while now I cannot get into my own account and I am not changing my virus protection for Equifax and the crazy thing is that outside parties cannot pull my credit from them except for FICO and the other Bureaus I have talked to Equifax too many times trying to get this fixed and this is still not fixed

Equifax is not reporting correctly despite dispute Hello all I am hoping to find some advice on here because I am at a loss at this point and do not know what to do A few months ago in June of this year I noticed a change on my Equifax credit report showing that my two oldest credit card accounts were closed and years of my payment history

If I go through the motions on myequifax for filing a dispute, it lets me see my updated information on my credit report One of them reported on January 8 2023 so I'm assuming everything is all up to date there Still don't know why I can't just see my report the regular way though

However, the problem is with Equifax I absolutely for the life of me cannot access my credit report on the Equifax web site I can view my Equifax report via Credit Karma, but in order to file disputes, you need to actually do it from the Equifax web site

That was the thread I was thinking of I was missing the “warning” in my search so despite including “freeze” I was getting a lot of other Equifax topics Sadly-not the same issue as that was more about them discontinuing PINs (worthy of a warning), vs the site just not working right
