I got my package but I was sent a bill I know there are ways to get around it The sender told me I already paid for it with shipping fees including international I also spoke with ups before hand because there was a issue with shipment and they told me sender checks out and it was already paid for Now almost a months later they sent a bill

The last "physical scan" of the package itself was on 5 6 in Vernon, CA It then had an "arrival scan" on the morning of May 7 at the local UPS hub, and we were told to expect the package that day

On the first and second day I had other UPS packages delivered so it's clear the package wasn't actually on the truck even though it was scanned as Out for Delivery But the strange thing is that the packages delivered on the previous days were sent from the same sender on the same date, and only this one package is having this issue
