Does anyone fly Hawaiian airlines and specifically how easy is it to book flights with points and use points for upgrades? I have been reading up on it but I cannot tell if using points for an upgrade to first class is a for sure thing or if it’s more of a lottery type draw? For instance, if I

In our experience, Hawaiian Airlines first class is a lot better than Alaska Airlines first class -- especially for food, but also for seats (with leg rests) and the overall experience If you're flying an A330 with one of the updated first class cabins on Hawaiian, you will be in lay flat seats
