Humana Military, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Humana Inc , partners with the Department of Defense to administer the TRICARE health program for military members, retirees and their families in the East Region

TRICARE-authorized certified marriage and family therapists, autism corporate service providers and most institutions (e g , hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies) are required to have a participation agreement with TRICARE (network and non-network)
