Former financial aid employee here IU is a very hard school to get any money from Most scholarships that people here of that are massive amounts of money are for in-state students and are need-based, mainly for low income students and minorities Out of state students are not eligible for need-based aid from the university at all, and the only eligibility they have is federal gift aid like
