I doubt TMZ will see any repercussions, but if law enforcement and the like are punished and strongly punished, their sources will dry up and they'll see punishment that way It's simply vile what they do to people during some of the worst moments of their lives I can't imagine having grief compounded by TMZ reporting it as they do Absolutely
