Rogers will cancel your e-mail account, and I think they will prevent the same username from being used for six months I personally avoid sending receiving e-mails with personal info to non-isp e-mails simply for liability reasons

I also occasionally got duplicate e-mails a couple of years ago when there were problems with Rogers Yahoo I now avoid getting duplicates on Outlook by keeping my inbox in webmail clean, except for one e-mail to preclude the ads that pop up there if you don't have at least one e-mail

Not only can I not use Outlook or Windows Mail for Rogers email, but their cable tv service has ongoing temporary blackouts for 10-20 seconds They're always taking care of problems in the area that never seem to resolve the problem!
