From reading this page it does appears that items are only insured up to 1,000 00 Here are some of my other observations from my experience dealing with FedEx Claims Claims take along time to get approved Also, claims have a tendency to disappear for whatever reason, and have to be resubmitted I hope you are able to find suitable resolution
