Has anyone been offered or completed an internship with GAO Tek before? I’m sure as you all know it’s been difficult to find internships this summer I applied for GAO Tek on LinkedIn and did the whole Skype interview which was a bit sketchy They just offered me a position (digital marketing intern) and ive seen some people say its a scam

I just saw a job postings on Linkedin from a company called GAO Tek Inc GAO RFID Inc There are tons of postings for various positions including Software Developer intern, Web dev intern , tech support intern (remote) I searched google saw the company located Ontario, Canada And NY, US Does anybody know is this company legit or scam?

I just hope I wasn't the 1 who did your application But, yes, me, being a team leader, I found things which are pretty weird disturbing They would withhold the internship certificates and seem mostly reluctant to issue them Mine are being held back because I didn't find a replacement And yeah, I'm an unpaid team leader And the Platoon Leader too is unpaid, which is a position higher than that of the team leader

I applied for an internship at GaoTek and I had my interview 2 5 weeks ago My interviewer told me that I was accepted and that I need to wait for an offer letter from the senior team However it’s been so long and they don’t reply whenever they reach out I’ve read about this company being a scam and now I’m upset bc I cancelled other interviews since they told me I was accepted Has anyone applied there?
