- Viltrox AF 28mm F4. 5 XF First Impressions | FujiX-Forum
As I approach 78 years I find my desire to carry heavy lenses and cameras up hills on hikes is wearing thin so I purchased the Viltrox AF 28mm F4 5 XF lens for $99 as a lightweight alternative for my X-E1 and X-T50 Fuji’s This is not a technical review of the lens but a first time single day
- Viltrox new adapter with aperture ring. | FujiX-Forum
The Viltrox product on the other hand performs poorly and is hit and miss Why on earth would anybody even contemplate buying a photo lens related product that is known to perform badly regardless of price?
- 33mm F 1. 4 R LM WR Fujifilm XF33 1. 4 WR or Viltrox Pro 27 1. 2?
If you could only pick one, would you go with the Viltrox 27mm 1 2 Pro or Fujifilm XF 33mm 1 4 WR and why? I'm especially interested AF-C tracking speed precision and IQ with human subjects faces I shoot on a Fujifilm X-T5, mostly candid people photography Thanks for your opinions
- Viltrox Z1 flash and X-H2 (dont work) | FujiX-Forum
I actually never use a flash I almost never did I did buy the EF-X8 from Fujifilm with my X-H2 It just works Now I received the Retro Filter Z1 from Viltrox today, charged it and put it on the X-H2 The same settings as with the EF-X8 However, the Z1 from Viltrox is not recognized It
- Misc. Native X Mount - Wet button AF MF Viltrox 75mm
Hello! Do you have any idea what this moisture could be on the AF-MF selection button? I haven’t used it in the rain or in the cold to cause condensation Could it be lubrication oil? Could you try it on your copy as well?
- Misc. Lens Adapted to X Mount No more doubts about Viltrox 75mm f 1. 2 . . .
I had my doubts about the Viltrox 75mm f 1 2 Pro lens, but a few members of the forum have posted excellent images from it and encouraged me to give it a
- Misc. Native X Mount - Got the new Viltrox 25mm f 1. 7
The Viltrox 25mm f1 7 X-Mount is a good all around lens with a practical focal length and the AF is snappy and fast in most conditions It works fine on my X-T30II but I have issues with shooting modes on my X-Pro 2
- Viltrox EF-FX2 Autofocus Speedbooster - FujiX-Forum
I wondered about this so I bought another adaptor without the optic and the image was better with the optic and I think it has something to do with the optimization between the distance to the sensor Here is a photo I have taken this year with the Canon EF 50L using the Viltrox speed booster
- Heads Up XPro3 owners -clearance issues with the Viltrox 23,33 or 85!
To save costs, they would understandably want to maximize the number of shared parts between the two versions, which probably means a mount diameter somewhere in between the two mount diameters Viltrox took advantage of most of the space between the mount and the lens release button, which was reduced on the X-Pro3
- Misc. Native X Mount Replace XF 35mm f 1. 4 for Sigma or Viltrox?
So anyone tried both the Viltrox 33mm f 1 4 and Sigma 30mm f 1 4 to give an opinion? Any warnings regarding AF accuracy, light transmission or any other thing? For what I’ve been seeing, I’m currently favoring the Sigma I like the slightly wider focal length and the bokeh rendering seems smoother (something I value a lot)
